Today, Palestinian gunmen fired a Qassam rocket at Israel from the northern Gaza Strip. Military sources estimated that the rocket landed in an open area near the Erez crossing. There were no reports of injuries or damage
Is it because no Israelis died ?
How does the UN and EU judge acts of war ?
How SHOULD the UN and EU judge an act of war ?
Should it be by the number of dead or the intent ? As I would understand it, Israel will always be the aggressor because the IDF are better trained and better armed, meaning a single action with intent is going to cause fatalities, whilst the Palestinians with stone throwing abilities are usually going to miss their target.
So should Israel be condemned for successfully killing known terrorists, when the Palestinians are never condemned for attempting to kill as many women and children as they can?
Where is the balance?
